GC/MS 対象のポジティブリスト製度用の混合溶液には GC/MS での測定に不向きな農薬が存在します。本書ではほうれん草検液に GC/MS 対象農薬混合標準溶液を添加し、LC/MS で測定しました。その結果、検討した農薬のうち約 75 % がLC/MS で測定可能なことが分かりました。
