アジレント Ultivo トリプル四重極 LC/MS を用いて水道水中のハロ酢酸類 9 種の一斉分析を行いました。その結果、9 種すべてのハロ酢酸類が 1 µg/L 濃度で検出可能であり、添加回収試験結果もおおむね良好でした。
フェノール類は浄水処理過程で生成する消毒副生成物で、フェノール、2-クロロフェノール、4-クロロフェノール、2,6-ジクロロフェノール他、全 6 種が水質基準の対象となっています。本報ではこれら 6 種のフェノール類を LC/MS 法で分析し良好な結果を得ました。
