ISH ancillary reagents and accessories for Dako Omnis offer components in a user-friendly format that enables customers to automate complex protocols for FISH and CISH simultaneously with IHC assays for increased standardization.The reagents include ISH Pre-Treatment Solution, Pepsin, Ethanol, Stringent Wash Buffer, Fluorescence Mounting Medium, and Cleaning Solution.The accessories include the ISH Lids that distributes that probe across the slide staining area and prevents probe evaporation during denaturation and hybridization and the automated Mixing Device that ensures consistent probe mixing before the vial is loaded on Dako Omnis.
