4200 TapeStation system
4200 TapeStation System
The 4200 TapeStation system is an established, high-throughput automated electrophoresis platform for nucleic acid sample quality control.Building on the success of the proven ScreenTape technology, it allows fully automated, easy, and reliable analysis of DNA and RNA samples for up to 96 samples per run.The 4200 TapeStation system provides a complete solution for true end-to-end sample quality control in next-generation sequencing (NGS), biobank, or vaccine development workflows.

Quality Control of Cell-free DNA samples Analyzed with Next-Generation Sequencing
The Sample Processing Lab (SPL) collaborated with the Genomics and Proteomics Core Facility (GPCF), both part of the German Cancer Research Center (Deutsches Krebsforschungszentrum, DKFZ) to track 13 cfDNA samples with the TapeStation system from initial QC with the %cfDNA metric, through the NGS workflow, to the final sequencing results.
