- Available in a wide range of configurations to accommodate 2D monolayers, 3D spheroids, suspension cells, islets, and isolated mitochondria
- Solid-state sensor probes containing polymer embedded fluorophores detect oxygen and proton levels in cell culture media
- Patented integrated injection ports for adding compounds, stimulators, inhibitors, substrates, and beads conjugated with antigens
- Patented transient microchamber provides increased analytical sensitivity and signal to noise of OCR and ECAR (PER, gPER) readings when used in an XF Analyzer
- Sensors are spotted onto the cartridge using a multi-step process that includes manual and machine vision inspection
- Conforms to ANSI/SLAS Microplate Standards for footprint dimensions and well positions
- Pre-coated Poly-D-Lysine cell culture plates, available in 96-well and 8-well formats, are available for use with XF assays using suspension cell, providing convenience and consistent assay result
- PDL cell culture plates are manufactured in an aseptic facility
- XF Pro M cell culture plates are now available for use with XF Pro analyzer to minimize assay edge effect and improve intra-plate consistency
